Post this registration, Unlocked Studio will be able to access your account every time you visit the Website. We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning.

10. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP INFORMATION?

If your account is terminated, we will delete the Submitted Information within 7 days. While your account remains active, we keep your Submitted Information for no longer than is necessary depending on the purpose for which we are using it. However, we may retain your Submitted Information: (i) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process or when required by law or a court order; (ii) to protect and defend Unlocked Studio’s rights; (iii) to enforce any agreement you have or may have with Unlocked Studio; (iv) to act to protect the interests of our stakeholders and others; (v) to maintain security and prevent fraud and abuse; or (vi) fulfill your request to "unsubscribe" from further messages from us.
