  1. Refunds:

Please note that we do not provide refunds. Certain refunds may be provided only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion on case to case basis.

No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the taxes and duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the shipping agency.

Returns:

We accept returns for credit notes or exchanges within 7 days of delivery of a product and are subject to the returned products meeting the eligibility criteria.

Your purchase may be eligible for return or exchange as per the below criteria:

The product delivered must be completely new, and unused and all original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and not tampered with in any manner. Photographs of the product to be returned in its original packaging must be shared with us at the time of initiating a return.

All purchases on full-price/sale/discount/promotion are eligible for replacement or a credit note only and no refunds will be entertained in any manner whatsoever. All clearance sale products are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchange and no credit notes/refunds will be entertained.

Customized items are considered final sales and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

We run a stringent quality control process on all our shipping and packaging processes. In rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/or wrong product or an incomplete order, please get in touch with us with your order details and pictures within 48 hours at info@unlockedstudio.in.

Return Process:

We do not have a return pick-up policy. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us.

If your product return meets the above criteria, please follow the following process:

Package your product, enclose your order invoice and return via a trackable courier service to the below address:

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your returned products.

Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines or a credit note will be issued, as per your request.

In the rare occurrence that you have requested for an exchange and a replacement, a piece is not available, a credit note will be issued for the full amount for the returned product.

In the event of a return for a credit note, the customer will receive an email with a voucher code to be used online as a credit note. The voucher/ credit note must be used within 90 days from the date of issue. In no situation can the credit note be refunded into your bank account.
